My partner and I dropped into Select Mortgage without an appointment, but with a desire to finally start tackling the seemingly overwhelming process of buying a condo as first time home buyers. Sheena was so unbelievably gracious. She walked us through every detail, answered our many questions and got us tips and suggestions to get on track to start the process. We walked out feeling like the process was so much less daunting than we had expected and, in fact, felt confident about everything going forward. Sheena earned our trust, she was attentive, diligent about details, anticipatory of our questions / concerns, and explained things so well. She checked in regularly, sometimes even just to see how we're feeling about everything. Sheena was even flagging things in our strata docs to look into before our realtor did. We felt absolutely spoiled by her service every step of the way. Once all our conditions dropped off, we expected things to go quiet until our close in 3 months. Nope! Sheena reached out several times to let us know she got us another even lower rate, in the end saving us thousands of dollars.
